We wanted a bit of recognition for how good we are. So we got our paperwork together and invited those Quality Assurance people to come sniffing around. Their noses led them straight to the office coffee machine.
They spent a long time checking out our service. They looked at our ordering, delivery, maintenance and repair processes. Then they checked the product quality just one more time. Now we can’t seem to get rid of them - even though we’ve got the certificate, we’ve framed it and we’ve hung it on the wall.
