Order and Delivery
We always deliver within the time agreed with you in your contract. If the worst happens and the jam on the M25 stops our driver getting through on time, we don’t bury our heads in the sand; we call you and tell you about it.
As part of the contract, we will agree a maintenance schedule with you. In addition, our Fixette constantly patrols our customers’ premises asking how things are going, checking your machine settings and tasting your coffee.
We use the most reliable office coffee machines, but technology will be technology, and occasionally even our machines go wrong. We’ll have a highly skilled operative out to you pronto. We know what people without coffee are like and that it’s you, the buyer, who will take the flak.
